Refund policy

We need you to provide information using a valid prescription obtained from a registered optometrist/optician. Eyesavers NZ can not be held responsible for any incorrect aspects of the prescription supplied. Eyesavers NZ provides products based on the information you supply from your eyecare provider. Eyesavers NZ believes it is important that you receive professional advice about the health of your eyes and strongly recommends that you arrange for regular eye examinations with your eyecare provider.

All lenses are checked and fitted to the optical frames by trained optical technicians to ensure a high level of workmanship and accuracy for each item supplied. Eyesavers NZ offers a 100% accuracy guarantee with all the lenses we supply and in the unlikely event that the lenses you receive are of an incorrect power or visually incorrect, the lenses will be remade at no charge.

 The Premuim eyewear warranty commences from date of purchase for 12 months. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If the eyewear you initially purchased is not available at the time of replacement, we will supply you with another frame of your choice from the same price range. Eyesavers NZ reserves the right to decline claims that we consider to be outside of the warranty conditions.
